BBQ Chicken Krubong invites you to savor a fiery fusion of Korean-inspired flavors right in the heart of Melaka's Krubong area. Specializing in Korean-style fried chicken, this vibrant restaurant serves up comforting dishes that skillfully balance spice, crunch, and juiciness — a true delight for spice enthusiasts and food adventurers alike.
Among the highlights on the menu, the Buldak Spicy Ramen stands out as a bold pairing of rich, bb.q grill chicken flavour with perfectly cooked noodles. At MYR 30.70, it satisfies cravings for both hearty ramen and smoky grilled chicken, delivering warmth and satisfying depth in every slurp. For purists, the Topped Chicken Bone-In options (available in 2 or 4 pieces) are a treat — each piece generously sprinkled with the signature spicy seasoning that builds up layers of heat and flavor with every bite. Freshly fried to maintain that iconic crunch, the chicken embodies a juicy interior that resonates with enthusiastic reviews calling it some of the best Korean fried chicken in Melaka.
Complementing the savory mains are refreshingly zesty orange juices, available with varying ice levels but never loaded with added sugar, offering a bright, palate-cleansing balance to the intense spices.
The dining environment offers a cozy, casual setting, though some guests have mentioned that the seating can feel a little firm for extended visits. The pacing of service tends toward a relaxed rhythm, with food arriving a bit slower but always freshly prepared, encouraging diners to savor each bite rather than rush through the experience.

Food serving is bit slow but worth it, the chickens and fries are freshly prepared and huge portion. One of the best fried chickens in the town. However, the seat is a bit uncomfortable for long time seating.

I have tried their burger. Taste ok and very spicy as well. A Must try to those spicy lovers. Price wise still ok Anyway, food serving time is much longer than expected. Surprisingly it was very quiet during the weekend perhaps due to its location far away from city area

I love the chickennn!!!!! Kalau suka pedas, i really recommend hot mala/gangnam/hot hot flavour. It tastes so good, so delicious The best korean fried chicken ive ever had other than kfry. The chicken size was okay. Not too small like other korean restaurants i go in KL. Its crunchy on the outside and juicy inside. TASTE SO GOOD!! I WOULD SAY THE BEST IN MELAKA the dakgalbi cheese rice was okay too. Taste is good. The cheese was not fully melted not as what i expected. Dia takde tarik2 sngat. The rice is a typical kimchi fried rice i think, and it kinda dry. I think the nasi used should be lembik sikit not kering. Dakgalbi taste normal. For this dish, i prefer at soopong. For dakgalbi, it comes together with a mango sparkling juice i think, i dont remember the name but it taste very sedapp hehe The ambient for the restaurant was nice. The music was not too loud. Not like other k-restaurant i go which saya rasa selesa lah nak makan smbil berborak dengan kawan. The location was okay too. Easy to park. And there is mrdiy and watson nearby if you wish to go there after eating hehe. The price for me, is normal for a typical korean dish. The ayam cost me rm 19.90 and dakgalbi rice is rm 17.90. Overall, I think, with the portion that i get and the taste of the food, the price is reasonable and affordable. Will i go here again? ABSOLUTELY YES!!! i wanna try other food toooooo

Big size chicken. Very satisfied ! Tteokbokki - A bit spicy for me But the rice cake very kenyal-kenyal. I like ! Rice - Dont remember what the name. Has sour taste ( mybe kimchi ) but it acceptable. Easy parking. Will repeat again after this.
